Slate Cue Assist Early access

Answers from your own documents and data, on WhatsApp, voice and web.

Assist is a digital assistant that answers questions about your organisation's documents and data, in Indian languages. Every answer cites the document it came from.

Assist on WhatsApp: a borrower sends a bank statement, asks in Hindi which documents are still needed and gets an answer in Hindi with its source, then is handed to a person. Illustrative example
The problem

Why Assist

Customers and staff ask the same questions all day: what is my loan status, which document is missing, how much GST did we pay last quarter. The answers sit in documents and systems that only a few people can search.

Assist is in early access. We are opening it to a small number of teams first, and building channels and languages around their needs.

What it does

What Assist does.

WhatsApp, voice and web

One assistant across the channels your customers already use: a WhatsApp number, a phone line, or a widget on your site.

Indian languages

Understands and replies in regional Indian languages as well as English.

Answers with sources

Answers come from your documents and data only, with a reference to the source. If the answer is not there, Assist says so.

Permission-aware

Each person sees only what they are allowed to see. A borrower sees their own application, not anyone else's.

Documents in, answers out

Customers can send documents on WhatsApp. Parse reads them and Assist confirms what was received and what is missing.

Hand-off to a person

Assist passes the conversation to your team when a question needs a human, with the full history attached.

What you get

Outputs

  • WhatsApp Business number
  • Voice line
  • Web chat widget
  • Conversation log and hand-off to your team
